How does Conor vs. Khabib stack up with Tito vs. Chuck 1?

Conor is THE biggest draw in MMA history. Khabib is the #1 LW fighter in the world, 26-0, Russian.

Is this fight bigger than any fight that came before it? Especially when it comes to previous blood feuds, like Tito vs. Chuck, Tito vs. Ken, etc.

Different age/era in MMA. Technically speaking, McGregor/Aldo and McGregor/Diaz fights were more hyped, more watched, better selling than those Tito fights. But in terms of the current era, the McGregor/Khabib fight doesn't seem as big as McGregor/Aldo to me. That was the fight.
