So a teep is extending the leg at the knee and getting a little hip push at the end.
A push kick you bring the knee up to your chest and then thrust the hips forward to shoot the leg out, its slower but more powerful than the teep.
The side teep is pretty simlar to the regular teep u do the same thing as far as Im aware.
The side push kick however im not sure if the kick exists for starts, if it does exist I dont know how its done because with the more side on angle I find it really awkward to thrust my hips into the kick. It feels like I need to be front on to throw it properly.
