What kinds of drills would you guys recommend for a noob to start with in order to build speed, strength, and stamina on a heavy bag?

The one your boxing coach recommends and works with you on.

First 10 seconds of the top one are what's up.

This seems like a simple enough drill.

Just drill the basics and focus on technique. Be in a good stance, and try not to push the bag and overextend yourself. The more relaxed and smooth you get, the faster you will be. The better you get at grounding, "sitting down" and not throwing yourself around on your punches, the more power you'll have. Otherwise ask your coach for specific drills, but remember technique first. That's where everything else will come from.
