My motivation for dieting, the gym, training, and pretty much everything is dead as shit. So I'm gonna use this log to try & jumpstart my shit.

Week 1 - liquid only. (gallon of water a day, tea, coffee, OJ, Gatorade only)
Week 2-5 - Juicing.
After that going on a IF + paleo diet with a huge caloric deficit. Paired with lifting & cardio in the morning and BJJ & MMA training at night.

Madman thinking.
 
Day one.
Had some whiskey & brandy this morning. Fail.

Half a gallon of water.
16 oz Coffee
16 oz green tea with lemon
16 oz raspberry lemonade
Eyeballing a green machine naked.

Light cardio.
 
first time looking in the diet logs.

this is interesting.

isnt juice (week 2) liquid?

whats the difference between OJ (week 1) and juicing (week 2)?

if anything juicing is better for you than store bought OJ.

and i'm assuming you mean putting fruits and veggies into a juicing machine as juicing and not injecting yourself with roids.

also, psychologically, its going to be tough not chewing on food for 5 weeks.
