I would normally side with DJ on this but:

1. It's to soon for Ray Borg. They are not giving these guys enough time to get some experience under their belt and build themselves up. It was to soon for Cejudo as well.

2. TJ vs DJ is just a damn good fight. DJ has been defending against challenger's for a while now it's fun to see them against something different like this every now and then. Just like it was fun watching Anderson go up and KO Forrest and Irvin.

This has nothing to do with Mighty Mouse and if anything he should have to fight TJ since he is the most qualified contender with the best chance to win the title.

Borg has missed weight several times recently (2 of his last 4) and recently lost decisively to Scoggins. TJ is a former champ in the top 15 p4p who arguably won the fight in which his title was taken away via split decision.

Bullshit. Conor is the biggest draw the UFC has ever seen and has taken awful stylistic fights on short notice when opponents pulled out whereas 90% of the roster would have NOT taken the fight. The company needs him more than he needs them and he is uncomparable to any other fighter, especially MM or Germaine.

Michael Bisping is on the tail end of his career and is looking for one last paycheck and damn well deserves it. He is the last breed of old school fighters from the Zuffa era and he has done everything the UFC has asked for for over 10 years. He is charismatic and loyal to the company.

Germaine was 6-3 and was gifted a title shot in a "new division" against Holly who was coming off 2 losses. Hell, 75% of the people Germaine beat in her career don't even have Wikipedia pages. They are part-time moms. It was a joke of a match making fight, especially without Cyborg involved. Germaine isn't a draw, has done nothing of significance in her UFC career, and does not have the right to call any of her own shots.

He doesn't have a problem fighting him. He just asked for assurances should Dillashaw not make weight since he's never fought at the weight before. Assurances that TJ himself said he didn't care about. It's the UFC that refused those assurances while guaranteeing that TJ would make weight even though since they can guarantee that TJ will make weight then they have no worries to agree to what DJ wanted since it wouldn't cost them anything.
