My personal favorite is Edson Barboza KOing Dariush.

I'm gonna discuss our favorite:

Dariush tried about a couple maybe 3 times to land a jab on Barboza and immediately, while Barboza was supposed to defend, go for a double leg.
You can see that Barboza never intended to defend that jab, instead he throws a flying knee upwards and just let Dariush finishes himself in.

For me this ability to learn your adversary's ways and land such a beautiful and precise move is second to none.

Absolutely. Igor is probably my favorite fighter ever.

He's also the first fighter I've ever seen KO someone with a jumping knee. He knocked out Nutter in 10 seconds.
