this has got to be top to bottom (both with super fight series included and without) the absolute worst ever card as far as ranked competitors and the always subjective "star power" of the fighters involved

I think one or two of the U.S. cards on Spike a couple of years ago were weaker honestly, but I'm looking forward to a few of these bouts a lot and will be entertained by them all I am sure to a greater or lesser degree. VanNostrand vs Boynazarov for the Interim FW title will be fire with their aggressive styles and recent highlight-reel knockouts and potentially set up a fresh matchup for RvR to unify the belts when he heals up and they get his contract re-signed. The ladies title fight is certainly two of the best 122 pound-ish females in the world with Anissa Meksen surely presenting the most credible challenge of Tiffany Timebomb's reign. I'm also curious to see how former UFC fighters Thiago SIlva and Chris Camozzi fare in Glory. If nothing else it will be entertaining when some of the kickboxing purists go apoplectic if these guys have success at this level of the sport, lol.

Glory's light heavyweight division has like 3 people in it, Thiago Silva will do fine.

if it wouldn't be Glory nobody would watch that crap.

Speaking of eggs, the Uzbek egg is going to fry up KvN!

liking everything just because it's named Glory is not the right way to support the sport.
I already pay for a satellite tv package and UFC Fight Pass so I can watch Glory, Bellator KB, Superkombat and some others and purchased the WFL Final 16 iPPV event recently. So I'm literally supporting the sport with my actual dollars and attention dollars so to speak more than many. I'd gladly pay for a subscription for Kunlun if they made their English commentary streams available. Besides, don't you get tired of being negative about everything? It doesn't seem fun at all.

There is a stacked UFC card this weekend yet I'm more excited about this mediocre Glory card. I think there is something wrong with me, but I like it.

Sometimes I feel that way too since the UFC is almost every weekend, almost like an obligation, as much as I love it, while Glory cards are once per month or every few weeks at most like a treat. Unfortunately Friday evening I have to choose between the TUF 26 Finale and a Bellator card and Glory on at the same time, and it's just not possible to watch everything live. Fight Pass and ESPN3 make it easy to time shift Glory however if I don't watch live.

I just fail to see why anyone should get excited over this other then the fact that it's kickboxing. I think I'm over the point of holding Glory to a certain standard, but that card is laughable.

You can't blame other people for differentiating between good and bad kickboxing.

No one is strapping you down to a chair Friday night and putting toothpicks to hold your eyes open and forcing you to watch at gunpoint, are they? Not every fight card has to be the best or most elite or the biggest extravaganza to be enjoyable. I watch a lot of lesser MMA cards too in between the stacked UFC PPVs and I usually end up being glad I did. For me, I like the fact that this card will:

1- Have several kickboxers who I already am very familiar with and followed their careers in recent years in Glory and elsewhere.
2- Have a couple of significant bouts where the main events establish a- RvR's next featherweight title challenger and b- the next female super bantamweight champion with a couple of the best female kickboxers in the world.
3- Be available in a high quality stream that I can access on services that I already subscribe to for other reasons, so in effect it costs me nothing.
4- Have the ability to time shift the stream so I can watch whenever I want, not just if I happen to tune in at the exact moment.
5- Have English commentary.
6- Have some curiosity factor for an MMA fan like me at least with former UFC fighters making their debuts.
7- Be bettable since Glory is also the only kickboxing promotion that sportsbooks regularly release odds for so I can wager on it.

This card is absolute garbage. Stop being a shill @JimGunn and call this card out for what it is. Be a man.

Glory could bring this card to me in the morning along with breakfast and I'll slap that tray out of their hands. Since when did the ease of being able to watch a wack card be a feature?

No English commentary and no betting odds makes your kickboxing promotion a rinky-dink b-league even if 50 million people watch it on tv in China. Glory >>>>>>> everything else. I'm only half kidding.

well this card is a garbage, but at least glory will have a good card a week later than this.
