Starting a diet log to go along with my strength log.
Right now this is just for me to have an easy way to keep track of my caloriecount statistics and what I've eaten shortly after eating it at work and home.
This will be quite detailed.
For the next week I'm eating as I have since I tuned up my diet from a ton of junk. It will not always be pretty, nor a good recommended diet.
After that week I'm giving all these results to my guy who's going to get back to me on tweaking in regards to the current training program I am on to reach my goal (sub 10% bf)
I will update this with more info like current bf%, tdee, bmr, macronutrient ratios, etc.
Anyway, post following will be today, and I will edit it as the day goes along, provided I can get to this thread often enough, if not will edit tomorrow.
One post per day.
Some quick calculations:
Height: 6'1
Weight: 195lbs
Age: 22
Daily Activity Level: Moderate (3-5 exercising per week)
BMI: 25.72

BMR: 1841
TDEE: 2854
