Conor moved up and relinquished his belt. As far as his LW title, he's doing something bigger than MMA right now that the bosses have signed off on. This is a very different situation where the UFC created a new dvision specifically for Cyborg and the person that is champion doesn't want to fight her. Conor wasn't ducking, GDR is.
