6'3" 190 lbs. BMR: 2000. Guessing I burn about 400 calories at the gym doing bag work and weight lifting for an hour. So aiming at about 2700 calories on days I work out.

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ Raspberries, flax seed, cinnamon, and a scoop of protein powder. 400 Calories 40g Protein

PWO Shake: 450 calories 60g protein

Lunch: Turkey, Roast Beef, Ham, and Cheese sandwich. 300 calories 30g Protein

Dinner: 16 oz. Steak, fries, sweet potato, and various sides. 1450 calories 135g protein

Total Calories: 2600(had a couple handfuls of candy too though so it could be closer to 2700)
Total Protein: 265g

Got bailed out by going to Texas Roadhouse. Won't be able to go there every day though, so I need to find some higher calorie foods. More steaks, sausages, or bacon.

Yeah I definitely need some more meat. Already seeing that my caloric intake today might not be ideal.

Lunch: Subway sandwich w/ chicken, turkey, and salami w/ chips. 700 calories 50g protein

Shake: 550 calories 68g protein

Dinner: 12 oz. Steak 570 calories 72g protein

Total Calories: 2220 calories
Total Protein: 235g

Everything seems okay so far.
