This is why, nobody respect MMA manlets.

You see, in boxing, when you established the fact that you destroy other manlets your size, you go up weight class to challenge yourself....Too prove to the world you are that skillful....This is why Floyd/Pacquiao are respected despite being manlets...They have proven to be amazing manlets, thus the world respects that....eachtime both floyd/pacquiao faced a bigger man, they were risking it.

However in MMA, Manlets are scurred to move up...Even when they are clearly better than everybody else, they are satisfied...Take a look at mighty mouse, beating a bunch of no names...Dude should go up.....he could've done a superfight with TJ but he was scurred....Scurred to not break the defend the belt record.

The funny thing is, I hear MMA hipsters cry about Mighty Mouse not getting paid and blame the people not liking him....LMFAO.

Look MMA hipsters....Mighty Mouse, has only 1 person to blame...That's himself....He could go up in weight and people will respect him for the risk but he doesn't.

Floyd went from 130lbs to 154lbs

and that's why they became superstars and rich as fuck......and that's why the people will never respect manlets who don't risk it.

Respect to Manlets who actually challenge themselves.

Lol shit logic

Going up a weight class in MMA means you're fighting people who may naturally be 15-20lbs heavier than you.

In boxing...moving up a weight class means fighting someone who may naturally be 2-5lbs heavier. That's like two water bottles.

And Floyd/Manny took 15-20 years to move up 15-20lbs. That's enough time to naturally be that weight class. These fighters going up in weight are doing it within only one camp.

Only in MMA where the fans trash the athletes. Take your dumb ass to boxing if you want to ride their dicks

This.

Plus, there is no grappling in boxing.

Weight is more of a factor for grappling than straight boxing.

But I would like to see DJ fight some bantamweights at one point, even though he is not obligated to do so. GSP and Jones never moved up and that is why they have great records. Other guys like Anderson moved up and lost to DC and Wanderlei moved up and lost to Hunt and Cro Cop. The risk is worth it because it can be a great moment like when BJ moved up to welterweight and choked out Matt Hughes or when Conor moved up and KO'ed Eddie. It comes down to "new school preserving your record and brand" vs "old school warrior mentality of fighting anyone anytime anywhere any weight."

also not only that but both fought bigger guys and didn't care about small weight differences, everyone always wanted to see DJ VS Lineker but that never happened because of some pounds, DJ was afraid of the hands of stone

here is a real warrior who didn't gave a fuck

maybe he still will, you hater. he said himself he wanted to beat that record and then consider it. dude is bad as fuck. fucking suplex to armbar, that shit was priceless.

Both Canelo and Maidana had a good 15-20LBs on Floyd

great insight from the GOAT poster who would take MM Pac and Money all at the same!!! now tell us how conor can find a way to make the other half like him better pleeze!

Weight still matters less in boxing than it does in MMA. In boxing, you're hitting a target. If you can avoid getting hit by the target....then it's size/strength doesn't matter.

In MMA, when you bring wrestling/BJJ into it.....muscle and strength plays a HUGE role.

You're clueless.....Fact is, Pacquiao moved up 42 lbs in weight classes.....He weight around 144lbs when he fought a Light Middlweight

Same with Floyd, he moved up 24lbs....and faced guys who were way bigger that cut weight.

he already broke that stupid record that Anderson never gave a fuck, he's already talking about facing the winner of Cejudo and Pettis lol.. don't wanna any of TJ or Cody

No not "this" since both Manny and Floyd moved up and boxed guys 15 plus LBs bigger then them

Uhh Clinching plays a factor in boxing too....Even Conor said that Floyd was very strong in the clinch...so obviously it matters.

Not arguing that. Just pointing out that you saying "In boxing...moving up a weight class means fighting someone who may naturally be 2-5lbs heavier" is complete bullshit

Floyd and Pacquiao got bigger and moved up to accomodate. Sure, they fought above where they probably should fight (Both would be better sized for 140), but that's also part of the culture in boxing, you move up and fight higher.

Maus fought at 135 his entire career, was a successful fighter but was too small. I'm glad we're still pretending like he wasn't a top bantamweight because people started watching the ufc 3 fucking years ago.

You're full of crap.

Mayweather took 11 years to move up to face De La Hoya @ Light Middlweight(154lbs)...De La hoya was clearly way bigger.

Athletes? Im trashing a guy who thinks he should be a GOAT when he clearly ins't...Im defending all the other athletes in MMA who had the balls to fight top competition unlike Might Mouse.

He could've broke the record with TJ....I never seen a man so scurred in my life.

You're either a troll or a retard. Given this is sherdog I'm going to assume you're a retard. MM has already fought much larger opponents earlier in his career. The size discrepancy between Cruz and MM >>>> anyone Floyd or Pac have fought in their entire career. Shut the fuck up.
