I take cod liver oil for the supposed health benefits but may ditch it after reading this. Do you guys take fish oil supplements?
In other words, this many not mean much. The study analyzed data on over 415,000 people ages 40 to 69 participating in the UK Biobank, a longitudinal study of the health of people in the United Kingdom. Nearly one-third of those people, who were followed for an average of 12 years, said they regularly used fish oil supplements.
That's nothing. You guys should really look into dihydrogen monoxide. It's everywhere in our lives and everyone who has ingested this chemical has or will die

I mean they clickbaited me which I think is half the battleJust realize that 99% of "science" articles that are published are garbage and mean absolutely nothing for you in your daily life
I had a buddy of mine who stopped eating apples because he came across an article online saying that apples are actually bad for you... Some men you just cant reach. Its disturbing how people believe anything on the internet. It wasn't long ago that making statements like this based on one "study" was unheard of because it wasn't validated.
Just eat fish and don't take that rancid oil in pill form.
