These don't all have to be young fighters, and can be guys who are 40+, as long as they look deceivingly old.

these are all obviously subjective, and I hope to not ruffle feathers with this. Just for fun...

Tamdan McCrory. This guy was in his 20s at the time of this pic and he has the hairline of a guy 20 years older than him. An unlucky guy 20 years older than him.

Being a fighter and being hit in the face for a living you will start to look old from the scar tissue. But Floyd Mayweather looks pretty good for his age because he doesn't get hit too much..
 
My heart still breaks for Greg Oden. He was such a nice, talented kid and didn't deserve the lousy breaks.
