Vernon White was much better than his record indicated -- I always enjoyed watching him scrap.

Vernon was a Lion’s Den guy wasn’t he? Or at least i remember he trained a bit with Ken Shamrock iirc.

He was and even though he lost, there were some great scrambles and transitions

He was a very capable fighter with some good wins - the guy fought everybody!

He should have lost the KOTC belt to Eastman, though
