FCC removes pricing caps for ISPs even in counties where there is only one ISP

Why wouldnt it? Thats basically how cable works, and most ISPs are cable companies

The content is different though. To view a new website, you should just have access if you already pay for internet. With cable, the channel would have to negotiate with providers to get included on their list and included in their package. There isn't really an extra cost for ISPs to allow for that site, is there?

Extra cost? No. But there could be extra profit
 
My ISP is actually awesome, a bit pricy, but my internet is better than most Americans and there is no download cap.

This kind of shit affects rural areas the most. Densely populated urban/suburban areas have way better service.

My internet is 400Mbps right now.
