Sad but true story is that one of Quebecs biggest exports over the last few decades due to prior economic challenges in the province has been its daughters as escorts and strippers. Almost any high end Strip club in Canada and quite a few in the US, where girls can make great money has an abundance of Quebec gals.

I remember visiting this joint. The smoked meat sandwich was glorious. It was a huge chunk of smoked meat wrapped between two thin bread. Then I remember there were two middle aged women at a table next to us trying to eat the sandwich with forks and knives. Biggest tools I met in my Quebec trip.
