its good stuff, I am friends with 2 different guys that just happened to move to colorado and are fighting pro MMA for him now. We work together when they are back in town. I would say that the majority of his stuff is geared more towards mma than muay thai but its good striking. its basically be proficient in both stances and be able to switch back and forth easily.

It looks very Bang-ish. He really likes having people go back and forth both wearing gloves rather than switching off pad rounds. I kinda like that approach.
