Drunk muay thai vs a "Street Fighter"

As you can hear from the referee, the boxer had agreed to only use boxing, the Muay Thai fighter had agreed to kick and punch (?) , (can't make out) ..

Pretty clear the only reason the Thai KO’d him is because the guy had a mental lapse and looked down at his hand. Probably broke it
 
that shit was ghetto as fuck, how do we know the thai was drunk?

The Thai was making it look close in the beginning, there was probably betting going on in the background and odds changed when the boxer looked like he had it.

He was definitely playing it up for the crowd a bit...always wondered if his demeanor changed because he got clipped with something good or decided to stop playing with his food.
 
Now imagine if the street fighter threw just one proper punch, full body behind it, and connected. Instead of half a dozen swinging arms.
 
Was he drunk, or did he just suck... looks like he just sucked.
