If you’re referring to the law itself, I probably agree. Somebody donated too much and the candidate hid it? No way. I’m sure that never happens. Honestly, who cares. That Pandora’s box was opened with the CU ruling. And candidates aren’t raking in millions from donors just to buy commercial spots and do town halls.

But, in terms of the case, the law exists, and everyone knows, whether they admit it or not:
Trump and Stormy did the tiny mushroom dance.
He had Cohen pay her to shut up about it because it would hurt the campaign.
He reimbursed Cohen and called it legal fees.
Certainly there’s room in the courtroom for “reasonable doubt” to be raised. But not you, not whippy, not cottage cheese lover, not nobody, thinks that it’s a stretch that it went down that way. We all know that’s exactly what happened.

Let the record show I don’t enjoy it but the Cottage cheese contains a slower-digesting protein called casein that my scrawny ass will eat before bed so I’m not losing my hard earned gains while I sleep the guilt free slumber of a west coast liberal elite who casually uses “BIPOC” in conversations at the dog park.
