Hey guys, just bought a Schwinn Airdyne on craigslist the other week.
I've always wanted one and thought they looked like a good workout.
I got a good deal on it, its about 7years old and was in really good shape, no rusting or anything, had to drive about an hour to pick it up for $100
I used to run 3-4 times a week, nothing hardcore about 3-5 miles each time and after i felt pretty tired.
The first time i used my Airdyne i did it for 45 minutes and after i was finished my shirt was soaked along with my shorts and boxer briefs. I have never sweat that much in my life and the next day was pretty sore from the continuous pedaling and arm rowing.
Just wanted to see if anyone else uses one on a daily basis or pretty often.
I want to do it everyday but i settle for 5 days a week 45min per session.
