Diet for grappling compitition

There is a compitition 3 months away current weight 230 want to get down to 205
i can eat this every day just wondering what i should do going to eat like this for first 2 months then change it up last month if i have trouble cutting down to 205

meals 3-6 i find that amout gets me full without feeling sick im not a heavy eater and lots of water troughout the day any suggestions or should this be healty for the compitition

meal 1
2oz oatmeal
1 banana
6oz fat free milk
3 tbs natural peanut butter

meal 2
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
lil bit olive oil to cook
pepper/onion powder

meal 3
2oz cooked brown rice
2oz cooked lentils (dash of garlic/onion/peprika powder / salt)
1/4 cup broccoli/carrots (roasted with garlic olive oil)

meal 4
same as 3

meal 5
same as 3

snacks troughout the day
apple
orange
chobani greek yogurt

Hahaha your diet is dogshit. Where's your protein.

just added 2 more oz of lentils to each meal to bring it up to about 110g plus scoops of whey should put it to 160-175g a day
