Did ignored member settings change?

I seem to see post by members I have on ignore now - they're hidden and I have the option to click to see what they've spewed this time. But this seems to be new - in the past I wouldn't have to even see they existed at all, their posts wouldn't even show up in a thread.

Did I change something in my user settings or is this a board operational change?

EDIT - Nevermind. Seemed to be a one time happening. A glitch in the matrix or something.
