Devin Haney?

He been coming up by being trained from Roy Jones and looks like a decent prospect but who is he signed with? He is 16-0 and only 18yrs old

He last fight from a few weeks ago and was a pretty good tough fight.



He wants Easter next.Seems like big step up.

Flashy, fast hands, athletic, doesn't hit too hard, not a lot of poise or IQ. He's got time to come along but the Stevenson sparring video was telling, he had no answers when he was in there with a smarter guy, didn't even try to change up his attack and resorted to throwing haymakers and fouls, in sparring no less. Appears to do a lot of "advanced" stuff but only really gets away with it because of his level of opposition. Seems to have a fairly porous understanding of why some of the stuff he does actually "works."

I don't think he'll go very far because he doesn't seem to have the temperament of a champion and more importantly appears to lack the discipline that generally accompanies an amateur pedigree. Everything about him from a personality standpoint also screams "athletic front-runner" to me.
