That is not a correct arm trap, that is not a correct bridge, you can not sit up and grab hello elbow neck frame and elbow city, or push head down, or hair grab or or or or, that is not correct at all ..............it's not even a correct way to cover though that is a common mistake

IF this is for street self-defense as it seems to be, actually put on gloves with a pro MMA fighter first and see what he thinks about your defense
