Full disclosure: I am a casual / newb boxing follower. Got interested with GGG/Canelo following Conor's foray into boxing, just to see what high level boxing is like.

Is high-level boxing usually as corrupt as the result of GGG/Canelo was ? I'm familiar with fight sports robberies, but that was some next-level shit. The fight itself was great, but 118 - 110 for Canelo ? o_O

It's highly ironic that the people who were calling Mayweather / McGregor a con job were promoting this shit. That was some full-on result fight fixing, and if boxing was a self-respecting sport with a modicum of accountability, people should be going to jail for this. I wonder how many hundreds of millions of dollars were rorted off of bettors and boxing fans.

Glad I didn't support this circus act with money.

How do you think they fixed the fight exactly? Who do you think did it?
