I have a stronger right arm but a dominant left leg. I feel awkward in my arms in southpaw but i feel the same in legs in orthodox, plus its hard for me to throw kicks from the back. What stance should i utilize? Can I turn cross-dominance into an advantage? If so, how? Thanks in advance.

You'll have a hard switch kick, which is a good thing.

If you want to capitalize on your strengths, use jab - cross - switch kick ( leg or liver ). It's a basic combo that flows nicely.

Practice both sides equally as much, don't try to favor your right or left in training.
