Dulatov has a lot of hype in Germany, he and his brothers are all training boxing/mma and he also was a model apparently.
Youtube channel with a big following, I hope he makes it here but from what I have seen he should easily make it into the UFC.

Does anyone know how good Raffael Cerquiera is? I don't think I've seen him fight but a LHW who is 11-0 with 10 finishes sounds promising.
