Compression shorts and spats in class

Is it uncomfortable for women to train with guys in compression shorts? It's almost like we are wearing brieves except with a cup. So is it weird? Because I see pro fighters do it at their gyms but not in mine.

Not sure, not a woman.

Some of the people wear spats and compression shorts at my gym ( men and women ) - no one seems to care either way.

I think it's a lot like anything else - if you're confident you can rock it.

If you go in there looking weird and embarrassed like you're super uncomfortable, you're going to throw a lot of people off.
