Sandhagen is 2-2 in his last 4 while Vera is 4-0 .Sean O'malley, who arguably just lost to Yan is getting Sterling next.

Neither is elite but given how weak Bantamweight is it should be expected. So the next title contender will be either a guy with damn near 10 losses and lost to Ya Dong or a guy on a 2 fight win streak who got strangled by Aljo in 1 second. Real stacked...

He'll be undeniable if he beats Sandhagen. His issue is he likes to fight and doesn't mind fighting over and over, he's like Dariush. He isn't just going to sit out and demand things. He will keep fighting while bigger "stars" like O'Malley and Cejudo get title fights.

MMA isn't a meritocracy and It's been a long time since I've been upset by that fact. I'm too used to people picking and choosing when to be offended by it. The same people who were crying about Dariush not getting the title fight were many of the same people laughing at and ridiculing Leon Edwards for his "That's 10 in a row now I believe I've earned the title fight" stuff. Claiming he's too boring and hasn't earned shit.

End of the day whether he's deserving or not, he'll either keep winning and eventually fight for the strap or he'll lose and have to fight a few more.

What in god's name is an incel influence on the match?
You should not be complaining about Vera vs Sandhagen. Their styles should compliment each other for an awesome fight.

If you look only at those two guys yeah.
But if you look at Sean and he's getting a title shot, then this whole logic falls apart.
The last guy he beat was Raulian Paiva.

They're giving him the shot off of his "win" against Yan. Although many disagreed with that call. He still "won" and after a win on paper vs Yan a TS next isn't outlandish
 
He's gonna have a tough time with Sandhagen. And his win over Cruz doesn't get you a TS.

Like it or not, O'Malley beat Yan who was the #1 contender in the division. Saying he "arguably lost" is meaningless. Sandhagen "arguably won" his fight against TJ. Makes no sense to matchmake based on "arguably". O'Malley won the fight. He's ahead of everyone else at the moment.
 
It doesn't seem like a fair shake, O'Malley got that push, but O'Malley did beat Petr Yan fair and square, when a lot of people thought he'd be chewed up and spit out.
Chito Vera will get his shot soon enough if he's as good as we think he is.
