Can a 17 yr old carry?

Hey guys so I'm a good fighter and all but I want to carry just in case. So I'd like to know the price for your average pistol, laws, age I can carry, etc. btw I live in PA

Um.... is this serious? Because to even legally PURCHASE a pistol in most states if not federally you have to be 21. Long guns (rifle and shotgun) are 18.

You could probably get a rifle and take a hunters safety course and start learning firearm skills though.

Vast majority of states answer is no. 18 is usually minimum to own and purchase rifles or shotguns as well.
