Chael has been spouting about Brock on his podcast.

According to Chael Brock needs to spend 8 months (WUT?) suspension plus 6 months USADA pool before coming back = 14 months.

Because Chael never bothers to research, here is some info:

Brad Horn, the Communications & Media Relations Director at USADA: "Brock Lesnar’s suspension continues. If he were to unretire with UFC, he would have to serve out the greater of the remaining sanction or the six-month period of returning to the pool before returning to competition, as outlined in the UFC anti-doping policy." https://www.postwrestling.com/2018/...2-usada-comments-on-brock-lesnars-suspension/

Brock 'retired' February 2017, USADA one year is retroactive to July 2016. Brock has at max 6 months on USADA to go which basically means the moment he comes back he's off suspension and off pool testing (which BTW can be waived by the UFC...) EDIT cant be waived. Thanks.

So Brock can fight end of September from today. Or if he shows the finger to Vince after Wrestlemania, BROCKTOBER! EDIT :)

Ate you suggesting Chael Sonnen was wrong about something?

How dare you sir.

Sure TS let’s rush him back so he can fight yet another irrelevant to the division freak show casual fest just for you goof

I always wondered how Brock would do in Werdum's guard.

I never liked the idea of having a big, strong wrestler on top (especially one with lunch box size fists) of you unless you're an absolute murderer off your back.

they have basically taken over europe ;)

Brock's 6 months can't be waived. He retired while suspended, so he's covered under 5.7.5 of the ADP.
https://ufc.usada.org/wp-content/uploads/UFC-anti-doping-policy-EN.pdf

5.7.5 If an Athlete retires from UFC competition while subject to a period of Ineligibility, the Athlete shall not resume competing in UFC Bouts or competitions approved or sanctioned by an Athletic Commission until the Athlete has given six months prior written notice (or notice equivalent to the period of Ineligibility remaining as of the date the Athlete retired, if that period was longer than six months) to UFC of his/her intent to resume competing and has made him/herself available for Testing throughout the notice period. Similarly, if an Athlete is retired at the time a period of Ineligibility is imposed, then the Athlete’s sanction shall be tolled until such time he/she provides written notice of his/her return from retirement and makes him/herself available for Testing.

The waivers are covered in the individual paragraphs. If he didn't have a history, he'd be good to go with the UFC's approval:

5.7.3 An Athlete who gives notice of retirement to UFC, or has otherwise ceased to have a contractual relationship with UFC due to AthleteInitiated Inactivity, may not resume competing in UFC Bouts until he/she has given UFC written notice of his/her intent to resume competing and has made him/herself available for Testing for a period of six months before returning to competition. UFC may grant an exemption to the six-month written notice rule in exceptional circumstances or where the strict application of that rule would be manifestly unfair to an Athlete

He's got at least 6 months from when he reenters the pool. 8 isn't out of the question, it depends when he actually informed USADA. It wouldn't be 14 though. All this got updated after Angela Hill got fucked over, it's clearer now.

I love how the last word in your post is “October”. Never forget Brocktober!

Chael could convince me Islam is the go-to religion in the west 2035.

Brock did not retire in february

He retired long before that. February was just when it was confirmed he had retired.

It's all ready been confirmed that his remaining suspension is in excess of the six month criteria

It's actually closer to 12 months.

So you are wrong
