The couple split on the 28th of July last year after 'irreconcilable differences', with Sam filing nine months ago. After just 14 months as husband and wife, they've now reached a settlement and are keeping the terms of their prenuptial agreement, according to TMZ. "The divorce was amicable and the prenup was not challenged," a source told PEOPLE.
The couple [are] now wait[ing] for papers to be signed... [by] a judge, marking the official end of their relationship...

As for her mental health, our sources say Britney is 'completely dysfunctional.' Since the conservatorship ended she has had no supervision and, according to sources, has radical mood swings that we're told are 'shocking.'
We're told she's almost totally isolated and, as it was put to us, dangerously unstable.
We're told the few people who remain in Britney's life say she was doing much better when she was under a conservatorship. As one source said, "She had lots of freedom in the conservatorship and the restrictions were there to protect her. She's not protected anymore."
Our Britney sources are angry at what's happened since the conservatorship ended, saying she's gotten absolutely 'no justice' ... and that involves her finances.
We're told Britney has been spending a fortune and is in real danger of going broke. Our sources say she's been going to French Polynesia, staying at The Brando, and spending close to a million dollars each trip between private jets, hotels, staff, etc. She goes every month or two. We're told she also goes to Hawaii almost monthly by herself, taking a private jet, staying in the Presidential Suite at the Four Seasons,
and dropping $350k a trip.
"She cannot afford this. She had $60 million when the conservatorship ended, and she's now where the conservatorship started -- in danger of going broke" ... one source said.
As we reported she's paid north of $4 million to her attorney, Mathew Rosengart.

Speaking with TMZ, Dr. Charles Sophy
analysed the popstar’s behaviour and issued a warning... telling her she needs medication and continuous supervision.
The psychiatrist said Spears’ recent behaviour is hardly surprising to him, before saying that he is not sure of the person who was charge of her conservatorship but he believes it was in place for a legitimate reason.
"When you have a mental illness to this degree, you need that kind of structure, supervision, and most importantly, to take your medication," he said. "I think that's probably what's happened here. This is a 'no medication' situation,” the expert continued. "The erratic behaviour, the manic-y spending of money, recklessness... She's out of control on many levels."
He was then asked what would happen if Spears’s condition worsens, to which he replied, "These kinds of situations run into a wall eventually. Either she'll hurt herself, she might hurt someone else or she could be 5150ed because she's not being able to take care of herself," he explained. And any of those situations will push her to a place where then medication can be given to her against her will."

She is obviously mentally unstable and is self-medicating with hard drugs instead of proper meds. The Free Brittney BS actually turned out to be a disaster as she needed the help and stability. She is running through her money and is now spending millions on trips and getting fleeced by new scumbag boyfriends and businesspeople. This is total Bi-Polar disorder exasperated with amphetamines. Classic symptoms--outburts, highs and lows, random sexcapades, weird posts, no modesty, emotional instability, ramblings.....She has spent more in lawyers in the last year than most people will see in 10 lifetimes. Such a shame. She will end up broke and living with her Mom.
