I used to own a small bar. Simple business, right? But beer at one price and sell it at another, right? Yes - but sooo much more complicated than that. And there are a zillion little government departments looking for fees, licenses and taxes. It never ends.
I think some gym owners are probably doing really well - but it's not as simple as you think.
