Bjj gi manto and ground game

I'm going to buy bjj gi from one of these 2 companies.Few things i need to know, which is better 450g/m2 or 550 g/m2.
What size do you recommend for me 175 cm and 70 kg at the moment.
If Ground game A1 or A2, if Manto A1L or A2?
