Billy Joe Saunders Willing To Move Up, Face Caleb Truax in April

BILLY JOE SAUNDERS wants an April showdown with James DeGale’s conqueror Caleb Truax.

The American pulled off a huge shock when he outpointed DeGale to rip the IBF super-middleweight belt from his grasp in London earlier this month.

‘Chunky’ is hoping for an immediate rematch in the New Year but now his old mate Saunders wants a crack at Truax too.

Saunders, who was part of the same 2008 Olympic squad as DeGale, gave Canadian David Lemieux a boxing lesson in Montreal at the weekend to retain his WBO middleweight title.

DeGeale & Co. thought they were being slick when they cherry-picked a #15 for a title fight. But after getting exposed and his belt taken, it provides ample opportunity to BJS to swoop in and take out the easy champ.

Just hope it doesn't end up like Ricky Burns, when he swooped in for the kill on Indongo. British promoters are masters of this cherry-picking shit.
