Best protein you can put in your body

id think it would be salmon and eggs due to the nutrients fatty acids from salmon if you eat like 4 oz of frozen grilled salmon a day is that enough oil or should you still try to take fish oil
 
Krill oil is the one I take and seems to be the best one out there.

Look into that, it's really good stuff

How do you feel about the whole raw vs. cooked food debate? Some claim cooking/denaturization of the proteins is bad, whereas others say the denaturization makes it easier for our body to absorb the protein and nutrients. Personally, I usually cook my eggs but careful not to overdo it. But I've also drank my fair share of raw eggs.
