KFC has the better flavor. Popeyes has better tasting sides.
I havent eaten at a fast food fried chicken place in ages, I only eat at a mom and pops one because they have the best quality and flavor broaster chicken and potatos style with white tender juicy meat no ligament or tough chewy drumstick meat from half thawed chicken being tossed into the deep fryer.
I used to love KFC as a really young kid in the 80s and early 90s. They had the softest biscuits and best tasting chicken, quality suffered and I stopped eating there, the only thing I get if I do eat there is the strips or popcorn chicken.
I prefer El Pollo Loco of the fast food chicken chains, I get the flour tortilla with salsa and 8 piece chicken meal and the beans and rice sides, and finish the whole thing easy. I rip some of the meat off add salsa and the green sauce with some beans and rice in the flour tortilla and bite.
