If he's already looking tighter in the arms region after 3 weeks I have to say he will perhaps surpass his former shape as he will be unrestrained in his PED use and not just taking high amounts of trt. Good for him though.

Not true at all. HGH has a wonderful benefit to the human body. Using added drugs isnt required, but some people choose to do it.
