Batman Arkham Knight, Somebody Pls HALP

So I'm playing on Knightmare difficulty and I'm at the last Joker right where you have to put the Joker into the cell. On normal mode I got him in there without an issue. However I think there is a glitch because everytime I try to throw him into the cell, he's just not going in there. Tried everything, he lights up blue and so does the cell, I literally have his back against the opening while striking him and nothing. Anyone else had this issue?

Another things is whatever I do I can't set the game on Knightmare mode after the glitch happened. Most tucked up thing is I still have plenty of missions left but I can't get this bitch ninja Joker into that fucking cell.
