I think we need to look at this another time... It just suggests songs that 'could' crossover into Jazz, so, it could be any song :)

Right....so this is basically songs that would work well if they were made into a jazz/fusion song? Or songs that sound like jazz fusion songs but aren't? This is what is confusing me...

The day before he was going to be sentenced he held a press conference and pulled a .357 out of a manila envelope and killed himself which they aired on tv. it's the same right? just an instrumental by a band that is jazz like but is released as something else like
