Bad Boy Training Series Gloves

I bought a pair of Bad Boy Training Series Gloves and I got the L/XL size and when they came in my hand itself fit good cuz the width was good and my fingers were sticking out good enough to grapple but the holes the fingers go into were really loose like if I wanted to I could pretty much take that top part off by sliding it off. I know I'm not a S/M size so is it just how the glove was made or? Any feedback or tips would be helpful.
