Yeah exciting title I know. Im just starting this to keep track of what I eat and how much etc. No real diatary goals at the moment.

Brunch- 3 eggs scrambled with cheese onion and tomatoe

1 apple

1 litre of whole milk

2 glasses of red wine. Thats right red wine at brunch.

I had a cup of coffee earlyer when I drove my wife to work.
 
I just want to ask a single question that which type of food i have to eat as i am going to join the mma training for loose my weight? Thanks.
