Are stress balls/fidget spinners allowed in inbetween rounds?

    A lot of times the coaches tell the fighter to relax/calm down and these things have been scientifically proven to help

    Please cite where in the rules it does not not allow for them

    Good question. I would imagine they are allowed, and that the majority of fight camps are utilizing them in training by now.
