Its a new zealand docuseries about people falsely accused of crimes.

The show amazed me because every person on the show ended up getting set free RIGHT AWAY. Is that seriously how the NZ legal system works?

In america all of those people would still be in jail

Yep it's ridiculous. The justice system will know damn well that someone is innocent and they just chalk it up to the wheels of justice turning slowly. It usually takes the governor getting involved to get someone out quickly.

Worst of all, the offenders that framed them just continue carrying on with their lives without punishment.
