Interesting since, they specifically highlight a good wrinkle that many other studies i've seen heretofore tend to miss, which is the transition from outside ashi to saddle, by going to all fours and backing into the opponent, sitting them back and coming up on top into a kneebar/reverse mount situation (particularly as a reaction to leg drag or smash pass attempts).
Other ground that is retread of course, but all conveniently laid out in a more systematic manner.
