They are claiming it is a positive test for a "banned substance" that isn't a PED. Something like cannabis would be a banned substance that isn't considered a PED (arguably can be for some though).

They are likely waiting for the B sample to announce anything. If that comes back negative then he's good and they don't need to say anything.

The Dutch commission cares for some reason, but in a just world, they would issue fines to any fighter on an Overeem card that isn't juicing.
