Advice on my diet ??

Hi all, new to combat training just wondering if this would be a good diet and any advice please ?

Breakfast
Oats and peanut butter, protein shake

Mid morning
protein bar, fruit

Lunch
chicken and rice, 3 boiled eggs, fruit


End of work
Handful of nuts

Pre work out
4 eggs on 2 brown toast or tuna and pasta

MUAY THAI OR CIRCUITS

Post work out
Protein shake and what Mrs cooks(healthy)


Late night snack
Greek yogurt and casein shake

But I havent actually written anything in this thread regarding Kung Fu.
its a little high in sugars, imo.

Where do you train, out of interest?
 
IMO you need more greens in there and better sources of meat for the fats, salmon, mackerel, avocados, spinach, kale......Id also get rid of the toast and pasta and maybe go with a baked potato for the carbs.

No vegetables at all??? Add a few different kinds of veggies to your chicken and rice. Get the Mrs. to cook lots of veggies.
