I think Abdulvakhabov or ACB owner said that UFC wanted to sign him (Aziz) years ago. But now ACB policy is like - if you left for UFC you are not welcome in ACB anymore. And I think Abdulvakhabov is not just their fighter he trains also at ACB owned gym. And I think he (Aziz) said something like if ACB owner decides to send me to UFC, then I will sign with them but until then I stay in ACB.
 
If you all want to see a little lady KO punch, take a look at Ham vs Frey from ROAD FC earlier this morning.

while shabliy has lost vartanyan (havent seen the fight) l see him as someone who should def be signed aswell.
