I don't mean to insult anyone's intelligence, but I can't help but share when I see everyone handwriting so much for their diet logs.

Google has a free resource called Google Documents. It's pretty much a FREE Microsoft Excel that saves to the internet and your gmail account!

Now I'm not into carb counting, or calorie counting, I don't need that. I have a very SIMPLE Diet Log, that is beneficial to me. You, however; can do whatever you'd like. But here is a screenshot of mine:

Thought some of you might appreciate the discovery of this cool/free program for your diet logging ease.

((In no way am I suggesting my diet to anyone, or looking for approval of my diet from anyone. just sharing the resource))
 
This is pretty cool but it seems like a lot of effort.
 
If your only entry is milkshakes it can't be that hard. Just sayin.

LOL =) Unfortunately, I cannot continue this milkshake binge for much longer. I have a meet in November and need to lose roughly 7-9 pounds by then. I'm down to one milkshake a day now haha
