A man confronts his bully

If we had more guns in schools this kind of thing wouldn't happen.
 
Goodam....growing up in Cuba I was slapped full force by my teacher since I didn’t want to throw some bullshit flower in a river to commemorate some dead communist. When I came to the US “bullying” was a non factor for me

feel bad for the guy. maybe he can pay someone to beat that guy up? The guy clearly laughed in his face at having bullied him and he in charge of a school.
 
Sorry I dont see how this is in any way productive...I see a man who still victimizes himself from a memory of a stupid kid...and I dont mean him...I mean the bully kid.... bully kids are stupid kids...yeah sure they abuse others....WELL BECAUSE THEY ARE STUPID.... still doesnt take the fact that bullies are very stupid kids.... when you are an adult and if you have really grown you see life from a different perspective... you LET GO (geeee magic word I guess) and you become the adult that you wanna be....I see this fat guy and I see a man who has never let go and who has continually punished himself for something that was provoked by "stupid kids" fucking 30 years ago.... what you want me to feel sorry for you fat ass?? you want me to say "ohh poor little boy thats why you are fat poor you buhhh bad bad bullies"??? nahhh fat ass!....you needed somebody in your life who instead of saying that, would have made you understand that you need to stop feeling sorry for yourself and get off your fat ass and become the man that you want to be....nobody grows up wanting to be a bitching fat ass who victimizes himself after 30 years of something happening!! get over it man!!!

1). A person shouldn't expect to emerge victorious if he's getting jumped, but he should still fight for his survival.

2). The size of the group jumping you, their level of savagery, your level savagery, whether or not they're strong or weak, whether or not you're strong or weak and your will to survive all play a part in determining how badly you lose in that situation.

3). FIGHTING BACK IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN BEING ANYBODY'S PUNCHING BAG!

I do understand your point though. As for me, I've always been the type of dude who's not willing to play the victim role.

Or, once graduation comes along, move out of your home town and start a new life for yourself. Be whoever you want to be. Start any career you want.

There is no law that says you have to stay in your hometown.

Greg has no control whether or not Lance stays a dbag. Nor should he focus on it any longer

It depends. In his particular job to earn his livelihood he has to deal with bullying and IF he scoffs at bullying in general like he did at this accusation, then he seems unfit for the position.

Society has changed and gotten safer.
School in the 80s was way crazier then now.
And bullying now is laughable to what it use to be.
No kid gets his head shoved in a urinal anymore.
 
I was bullied in high school. A few years later, one of my worst tormentors hanged himself in woods a mile or so from my house. Because his neck didn't break, it took him several minutes to die. Terrified and in agony, pissing and shitting himself. Eyes bulging, tongue sticking out as he desperately fought for one last breath...

...or so I'm told;)

LOL - I fucking hate reading your posts because you're my age. We had a cop who spent a lot of time at our school but he wasn't there as security. He was usually investigating some crime.

We had the strap at my schools. they stopped that midway through high school.

The difference between theory and practice is that in theory there is no difference, but in practice there is.

Have you ever lived in a shitty area where just about everyone is retarded? And I don't mean a school with thugs, I mean just poor dumb people in a small place -- because there is a big difference IME.

In a place with thugs you just need to mind your own business and keep your mouth shut. In a dumb small town they have nothing to do other than to harass you every day and your only option is to get in your own gang.

I've never really seen a kid outright bullied for the sake of bullying.
But some kids are just fun to make fun of and I made fun of everyone and so did all my friends, and we got it from each other the worse.
But certain kids, like a kid who takes a marker and puts a Harry Potter scar on his forehead and wears a cape? I mean what the fuck do you think is going to happen.
Another kid was an outright boob, and would cry in class almost everyday over something that wasn't a big deal. He would try to say something stupid and would get bashed in class for it. I would talk to other kids and find out this kid is crying in 4 out of 7 classes a day for no real reason.

Never was there a kid who got bullied for being silent and doing his work. Didn't happen. No reason for it.
Only kids were the ones who made themselves a target or the ones who wanted to fit in so they try to say something funny, and of course it bombs, and they get ridiculed.
If I said something that bombed, I expected to get made fun of. That's part of the game.

Making fun of someone just doesn't seem like bullying and thats what most "bullying" is.

My question is what did he do to get his head shoved in a urinal?
